Step by Step:

1. Cleanse the face with Althea Purifying Cleanser
   
   Dry thoroughly
   
2. Apply to dry skin:
   
   Take a small amount
   Apply evenly to face & neck
   Avoid:
   
   Eye area
   Lips
3. Gently massage in circular motions:
   
   30-60 seconds
   Focus on the T-zone
   Gently over the cheeks
   
   
4. Leave to act:
   First time: 3-5 minutes
   Regular use: 5-10 minutes
   Maximum: 20 minutes

   For Best Results:

Skin Preparation:

• Steam bath 3-5 minutes before application
• Opens the pores for deeper action
• Use a warm towel or facial steamer

Layering Technique:

• Apply in an even layer
• Don't build it up – a little is enough
• Focus on problem areas (T-zone, chin)

Massage Method:

• Circular motions for 30-60 seconds
• Upward motions on the cheeks
• Gentle pressure along the sides of the nose (blackheads)
• Don't rub hard – let the AHAs do the work

Very Oily Skin:

• 2x/week consistently
• Leave for 8-10 minutes
